Unlike most software developers, DAI does not charge a maintenance fee of any kind. Our systems function as intended and are extremely stable. Therefore no on-going maintenance is required. We will train an employee to do regular backups, archiving, and any other performance of utility functions necessary.
The system design is based on the existing manual systems in the business. We use your forms and workflow as the basis for our design. As a result, there is almost no training necessary. On-screen guides and proven user-friendly technology ensure that maximum productivity is attained with minimum training.
Source code is always included. This gives you the freedom to publish, duplicate, or employ other developers. The software is designed to import and export easily so that old data can be converted to the new system and data in the new system can be exported to other programs. Your data are not held prisoner by our systems nor are you forced to work only with DAI.
